This is the final installment of photos from Erika and Derek's E-session... but it is not the last you will hear of their love story! These two are such a fantastic match for each other, it's an amazing feeling after knowing and loving Erika as a friend to see her end up with someone who is so right for her! Their relationship is life to the fullest, their love is deep, their laughter hearty, their relationship completely real! I can't wait to see what love and life have in store for you two. Alright so I admit it, I've always had a secret dream of doing an engagement session at a laundry mat... I don't know why excatly, but there is something romantic about it in my opinion. The only thing is here in Indiana the only laundry mats around are either on a college campus, an apartment complex or the shadier areas of town, none have presented themselves as appropriate. This little gem in Oakland is just about a block away from their place--- which did I mention is just about the cutest neighborhood ever? Everything you need is at your fingertips from the laundry to a yummy patisserie, to greek, thai or french, and dozens of boutiques that you can get lost in for hours (which of course I did), Loved it. Enjoy installment #2!

Over Thanksgiving, we had the pleasure to photograph my cousin's senior pictures on our grandfather's farm. Todd put up with us dragging him all over the place with me being a buffoon behind Janelle to try to get him to smile a bit and his sister Katie acting as his wardrobe director. And we think he managed to look pretty cool while doing it. Thanks Todd, for being a great sport.

There is just something about a winter wedding--- it's like there is built in magic in the air! Crisp air, pure white snow and an excuse to cover anything and everything imaginable in glitter. Ben & Ashley's winter wedding was the perfect celebration with the perfect amount of magic thrown in. The McAllisters make a beautiful couple with a FANTASTIC group of friends and family who gathered to wish them well and did I mention do a little dancing??? Romanian dancing that is!! Thank you so much for picking us to help celebrate with you on your wedding day and for the opportunity to document all the fabulousness that was your first day as husband and wife.
